Abstract
In the paper, the legal aspects of the control of aerosol products resulting from the Law on prepackages goods is depicted. Fundamental methods relating to the measurement of aerosols are discussed. The X-ray method used in Poland is described. The measuring system using X-ray built in the Department of Radiation and Vibration at the Central Office of Measures is presented.
