Semi-automatic measuring system of the multiwavelength laser interferometer for calibration of long gauge blocks

Abstract

This paper describes the results of work on the multiwavelength laser interferometer for calibration of long gauge blocks, which was a result of the cooperation between the Length Laboratory of Central Office of Measures and the Institute of Micromechanics and Photonics at Warsaw University of Technology. The automated measuring setup with the system of environmental condition controlling and monitoring was presented together with image analysis and controlling software.
