In the Central Office of Measures, tests of car chargers are in progress. The research project aims to investigate how to measure the efficiency of fuel cells and different ways of charging electric vehicles.
The results obtained for the determination of the energy profile will be useful for the manufacturers of electric vehicles as well as for the manufacturers, operators and users of charging stations. The results of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests of charging stations, especially those related to electromagnetic field emission, will be useful for the manufacturers of chargers and as a contribution to the development of the industry related to the production of electric vehicles, and thus to the development of electromobility in Poland.
The project is carried out as part of the works of the Consultative Metrology Team.
